Cancellation Policy

We require a signed 'Hire Agreement' and a £50.00 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be due no later than 14 days prior to your event. Our 'Hire Agreement' will be provided to you via email. Our team has carefully crafted this agreement to ensure clarity and transparency, and to make our experience as seamless as possible. Please also note that you may be liable for a delivery fee your event is outside of a 30km radius from our trading address in Chelmsford*
